We have been busy painting the living room,dinning room, kitchen, and office. I also repainted our laundry room to a lighter tone of yellow. Whew! Just finished last Friday. So we are done painting for a while. Maybe in the spring we will paint the bedroom and bath. It took me a few days to recoup and get everything put back. Our house looks so different now and much warmer with a little color on the walls. I don't have any good pictures as I am not the best at taking pictures. But here are a few.

And this is after, just some subtle changes.
This is looking in to the office before.
The light blue green color just didn't go with the rest of what we had done.
So we went with a bold color for the accent wall and painted the rest in a golden tan same as the living room.
Next we are going to look for some desk. We are just using folding tables right now.
Little by little these rooms are getting done and we are enjoying them very much.
We also replaced this little bookcase in the kitchen.
With this one that works a little better for us.

It looks just delightful...I had a slight chuckle, the before and after pictures reminded me of those old children's magazines Highlights that would have pictures in them where you would have to spot the differences.... i.e. the light above the stove, the light above the dining room table, the flowers on the china cupboard.... :)
