Note book cover I made

The last few days have been glorious!!!! 75 degrees and sunny!
I started going to a new bible study with a friend and needed a note book. Of course I couldn't have just a plain old note book, so this is what I came up with.
I wanted the inside to be a different fabric and also the pocket and the lining. Just me!
It is all lined in red. The right side is not sewn down yet. I just topped stitched that part.
The left side flap is sewn down.

Already to start reading my lesson, taking notes, and writing out those scriptures, In color of course!
The stick on tabs are for  study notes, prayer request, and dates to remember and misc.
This is a border print they call it, from the quilt store. I liked the colores, it is cheerful, and it looks like a watercolor drawing and I liked that also. The rest was just scraps I already had.  I did add a Velcro tab.  A fun project. Inspired Yet?
Have a blessed weekend!

I like your cheery notebook cover. Great idea. I found your blog while visiting "My Alaskan Cottage"
and glad I did. I am a follower now. I enjoy the music too.
Happy Sunday
